Add additional cookie detection for Azure

Some applications hosted on Azure utilize a cookie called ARRAffinity (Application Request Routing IIS Extension) https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/devschool/2015/06/19/azure-arraffinity-makes-affinity-cookies/
