Subject: [PATCH] Adds new SEO category

Related to #1499
Adds SEO category and moves Yoast (wordpress plugin) from marketing
automation to seo.

I can think of another - sh404sef for Joomla that will fit in the same
category, as well as all-in-one-seo for wp
